Our Social Calendar, Something for Everybody
In addition to community service and support, the Kiwanis Club of St. Petersburg also has an active social calendar. We periodically hold events such as happy hours at local establishments (at places such as one of the many microbreweries in town), shuffle board at the St. Petersburg Shuffle Board Club, and a yearly sunset sail aboard a 100 foot yacht. We also hold a Holiday Progressive Dinner.
Our social year kicks off with our Installation Banquet. The banquet offers the opportunity to recognize our out-going club officers and directors and to install and congratulate our new incoming club officers. This evening dinner event is held in rotating venues, including the city’s beautiful Yacht Club overlooking the bay.
